That’s where the second half of the 10 Star Installation comes in. “We’re here for the long term” Todd says, “and that means that all my technicians are employees – no subcontractors – and I make sure that they get the traiing they need.” In fact all of Todd’s technicians are certified by Daikin as Comfort Pros.
